technical knowledge

It’s a well-known fact that nearly every pour demands reinforcing mesh.

Given the incredibly high levels of force and the support required for buildings to stand the test of time, a concrete base is the most viable solution.

However, across just about every pour, there is an acute need for a reinforcing mesh and steel bars, which strengthens the pour further.

The concrete is then poured over the reinforcement mesh which not only cures around the steel but also increases the durability and strength of the final product, and even prevent cracking.

All our concrete formwork requires a reinforcing mesh which must be prepared before the pour. And since concrete formwork is required on just about every industrial pour, we use a high-quality steel reinforcing mesh on each industrial concrete pour. This increases the strength of the floor in a dramatic way.

We also understand how important it is to have steel run through all industrial floors along with extra reinforcement around the various details and owners – allowing the floor to dry without any of that undesirable cracking.
